The Stellar Instruments T840B is a 4-channel thermocouple thermometer designed for simultaneous multi-point temperature measurement and data logging. It supports multiple thermocouple types and can store up to 32,000 readings per channel. Data can be transferred to a PC through USB, and optional Bluetooth allows wireless monitoring through a compatible application.
